In choosing to explore Downshift, you're responding to an invitation that goes beyond professional development—it's a journey into what becomes possible when accomplished leaders create space for genuine transformation.

‍Program Commitments:
- Weekly virtual meetings with your peers as you work through the program
- Optional AMAs with the Downshift team on select days
- 6-8 hours weekly for deep engagement with practices and community
- Virtual half-day event at the conclusion of the program
- Financial investment of $3,495

Application Journey:
‍After submitting an application, one of the Downshift coaches will schedule a 30-minute discovery call with you to answer any questions you may have and ensure you're a good fit the program.
